Repair Services:

Complimentary Repair Work and Shipping:

  • Enjoy free repair work and shipping within the first three years of ownership.
  • If your purchase experiences damage due to manufacturing, contact us promptly for an evaluation.

Free Resizing Service:

  • Benefit from our free resizing service twice within the initial three years.
  • Downsizing and upsizing services are available (additional gold charges apply for upsizing).

3 Years Free Replating/Cleaning Service:

  • Keep your jewelry radiant with our complimentary replating and cleaning services within the first three years.

Beyond Normal Wear and Tear:

  • For repairs beyond normal wear and tear, we'll transparently communicate labor costs and material fees associated with the service.

Examples of Non-Manufacturing Defects Include:

  • Discoloration caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Wear and tear on precious metals and prongs over time, requiring restoration as part of normal wear.
  • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending due to everyday wear, potentially leading to gemstone loss.
  • Gemstone loss caused by damage from everyday wear or other incidents.

Important Warranty Details:

  • The warranty is void if your jewelry is taken to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.
  • After three years of ownership, a small labor fee and/or materials fee, along with certain shipping costs, may be charged for repair services.
  • Our warranty excludes the replacement of lost center stones valued over $200.
