  • Unworn and Intact: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all accompanying materials, such as certificates and packaging.

Exchange Policy:

  • Want a Different Piece?: If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.

  • Same Standards Apply: The exchanged item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all accompanying materials.

Refund Process:

  • Prompt Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, our team will promptly process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
